Transfer data from server to other pc

I am using a VPS for downloading but problem is I can’t be able to transfer data to my PC drives when I try to copy or move files to Local PC drives its take too much time hard to copy a 10mb file even I am using Windows 7 Pro 64bit and VPS server is windows server 2008 can any body help me please?
when I try to download direct to my PC partitions downloading can’t be started I don’t know what’s the problem is
could you provide some more information about your problem
for instance, which program are you using to transfer?
is the server stored at your house?
etc..
Did you try reporting to the company hosting the VPS?
You do realize that your download speed is limited by your actual connection speed, Right?
If you have a very slow connection – Do not expect fast speeds from anywhere!
If this is not a misunderstanding on your part, Then I’d say it’s a problem on the VPS side (Maybe the host is overselling!)
