every file i download set’s my antivirus off

hey i was reccomended to this site by a friend. He said it was virus clean but every time i go to download a file avast goes crazy saying it’s susupicious. I’ve tried other sites like this one but my computer always freaks out
any help would be appreciated. thank you

The majority of the time it is what is refereed to as a false positive. Because you are using cracked software the virus program sees some of the files are not as they should be and gives a warning. You then just set the files to be ignored by Avast and use it.. It is possible for people to post viruses, but unlikely. A good way to know your comps safe is to stick with peoples uploads who have a high post count, and plenty of replies for app/game..

I went to a few file host sites earlier and was inundated with loads of crap..
Then I realized that AdBlock Plus was not working.
I was about to give up the internet for life!..Unbelievable the amount of junk they want to give you instead of your free download!
So make sure you use an Adblocker for starters….Otherwise you could have trouble even finding the real download button !
And with cracks and Keygens you download, It’s like what says..False positives..
No matter where you download cracked apps from, they will usually be the same
as they are all cracked by the same scene groups..

where are you downloading from? What file host? Many of these file hosts have hidden a little
check mark you need to uncheck. Otherwise you download their download manager which is
nothing but bad news and your Anti Virus goes off.
So my question is, where are you downloading from? did you uncheck the other non-file options?

sorry to hijack this topic but thanks tooth mate I did not know that I was always wondering why it wanted me to dl an exe file if I was just downloading a link through my browser..!!!! even tho I use j downloader 2 the odd time ill dl through browser though if its a small file!!!
