MD5 file download help needed

I was expecting something like a download link but instead i got this.. so what is this? how can i download file using these codes?

With files,An MD5 hash is a unique signature (which can be used to make sure the download wasn’t corrupted) after completing it.
You cannot download a file with an MD5 hash alone,There’s no correlation.

MD5 hash is just a formula to get a special code from files so when you download that files you can (with software) generate AGAIN the code and compare YOUR code (from your downloaded files) with the GIVEN code (generated by original files) so you just know that your files were successfuly downloaded without any error.
The same process sometimes is used on burning CD. The burning software generate the code from original files and from burned cd files so it can check that the cd is good without error.
