Use any software with a feed generated from Yahoo Pipes. You can filter and do lots of other cool things to feeds with it. I use it myself to filter torrent feeds for stuff I need and it gets auto added to Deluge/uTorrent.

This isn’t as advanced or powerful as Pipes, but Google Reader also allows you to search (manually) for specific keywords within your subscription feeds.
