Question about cyber-cafe

I wanted to ask if am allowed to play game and download a file from the internet at the same time in a cyber cafe?
Does this cost twice what i pay for the usage of one?? I actually use an account that has credits in it. I login and use, but the owner watch over us!
Note: i would not really dare ask the owner, dunno if he will give pleasant answers!

When you are in a cyber caffe you pay to be on the internet and play games. So yes you can downloand and play games in the same time.

In most of cyber-cafe you paid for time not for kbytes, this means that you can play games, download files, view youtube, search google and any thing you want because you have just time limitacion. Is the owner block some sites thats another story but you can download files and play games at the same time, just that is you play online the speed it going to be bad because the file downloading use a lot of bandwidth.
