Need reviews about the performance..(ATI Radeon HD 6450)

I’m gonna buy a new Video card but I really don’t know much about how to choose the better one. Is the card ATI Radeon HD 6450 a good one for decent quality gaming and photo editing.. Or else please suggest me some good cards for my budget. (nVidia is also OK)
My budget is below 60$

I had a 5450 in my HTPC build. It’s good for watching movies, but quite hopeless if you want to play anything moderately new. Perhaps on medium settings it is possible to play some games, but really, those cards are not for gaming.
