need help with video error code 0xc00d36c4

Hi i have a small camera for my car and 9 out of 10 videos will not play back on my pc. The odd one does but most open up with error code 0xc00d36c4 ot sure how to add a photo/screenshot to the post. But it reads Cant play
Try playing something else. this items file format may be unsupported the file extension may be incorrect or file may be corrupted. After searching the net all i get is those wonderful pcfixers, that tell you you have oodles of errors and need to pay £xxx to repair them. Never trust any of those!!! Can anyone help please Sorry if i have posted in the wrong section.[/img]

what video player you using ?
try popplayer or MPC-HC
you can also get “mediainfo”, which should give you info about the files

I think you meant POTplayer; As for the OP I would think potplayer would work plus it is lightweight; I cant speak for MPC-HC as I have no expeirence with it, but looks promising.

Both good players, as mentioned above..
VLC player can be handy too, and you could try a portable version of that..
