My Pc freezes !

Hello guys !
I have a Emachine 350 that freezes just after the F2 F12 loading screen that make the welcome screen of windows unreachable !
I thought that the problem is from th Os , so I formatted it but it freezes in the installation, I tried linux it freezes before I choose the action (installation)
So obviosly, the problem is hardware !!
I scanned the Ram memory with Memtest 86 I did 3 Passes = 0 Errors !! so the Ram memory is OK !
Now I’m scanning the Disk drive with HDD Regenerator, I did a scan with repair He didn’t found any bad sector ( 0 Bad sector )
BUT he found 1 delays detected ! After that, I choosed Regenerate all sectors in a range ( even if not bad )
Till now, He found 2 Delays detected !!
What does it mean ? In general, which element or hardware provoces the freeze of the system ? Aprat from the hard drive and the Ram memory what hardware can I check ?

are the ram sticks pushed all the way in? (aren’t they loose or something like that?) Also one thing that helps is to open the laptop and dust it out. Do you put your laptop on your bed or on your lap a lot? A lot of laptops die quickly because people don’t give it enough air. It is possible that one of the components are overheated or your laptop fan has a lot of dust on it or has died on you.
If you have a spare HDD, replace your current HDD and try to boot your laptop. If it still freezes then you are sure that the HDD isn’t the problem.
