One thing you could try is testing your RAM:
Testing your RAM with Memtest86+

Answer #2
for now i’ve changed my charger and i want to see how it goes.i changed ram between the two of them and nothing.
Answer #3
Have you tried running the Dell diagnostics ?
*Edit – if you haven’t deleted the Utility partition, tap <F12> when the Dell logo appears when booting and select Diagnostics.
If you have deleted the Utility partition, boot from the Utilities and Diagnostics cd (using <F12> again ) , and select boot from CD.
If you haven’t got the CD, you can download from the Dell support site.
Does it freeze when you are using a particular app, or the under any load, or is it just random ?
Answer #4
it’s random.at no prticular moment,no particylar app.even if it’s idle.
Answer #5
May be problem in heating u r processor.
Answer #6
i’ve downloaded HW monitor and it shows 56 degrees on my processor.i don’t know for sure if it’s to high but the program says it’s not critical.
Answer #7
Did you run the Dell diagnostics ?
Answer #8
this sounds like its been overheated , and doing what i think you did with the ram is not going to achieve anything at all , replace the ram ,( dont re arrange it , replace it )
also just because you think a computer is idle its not doing anything ,, wrong , it still working in the background
1. what you need to do is eliminate programs/drivers from this problem , run your os in safe mode ( if you dont have any tools like ccleaner , use ms-config to disable all non essential services/ start up programs ) ( incorrectly installed driver will make system unstable)
2. you could try memtest86 (ram test ) , but to be effective it needs to run for many hours ( ive seen supposedly good ram fail after 7hrs) and by the sounds of it the machine wont run that long
3. have you looked at the computer event viewer ? (control panel/administrative tools/event viewer ) look in the logs for an error (esp applications and services/ hardware logs
4. have you got more than 1 anti virus software on your system ?
i could go on for hours , but you haven’t given us enough info , what did you mean by cleaned it ? did you open the case ? or did you just clean the screen ? ( not being rude sorry but some people think thats cleaning the pc) or did you use something like ccleaner to clean ?
i have found that using Glarysofts glary utilities does a better job than ccleaner with a lot more options( i actually use both as ccleaner does a far better job with chrome )
the free version of glary utilities is good
