@Leader ive got wireless on my laptop and im trying to share it via ethernet to my pc. and thanks edwoodweb i tried it but it still says – network no internet acess. I also tried on my win xp netbook but im having the same problems
Answer #6
with the wire connected try disabling and re-enabling the 2nd PC’s network connection
and/or try disabling and re-enabling the 1st PC’s wired network connection with the wire connected
shut both PC’s down
boot the wireless with the wire connected
then boot the 2nd PC
network no internet acess
you try your browser to see if this is true, seen where it says you don’t but you do

Man you could have just right clicked both the wireless and wired connections on the laptop and clicked ‘bridge connections’. It should have taken like 5 seconds. Srsly.

I have absolutely no idea what you just wrote. Lol.
I’m saying that if you want to share wifi to your desktop all you would need to do is just bridge the two connections. I do it all the time at work. I’m just giving you an easier way of doing it.
