wrong place to put it.

Maybe tuneup utilities not compatible with WindowBlinds.
Click Settings in WindowBlinds and set exception for skinning. Browse for C:\Program Files\TuneUp Utilities 2008\Integrator.exe click OK.

I think it just being confused by you desktop..
You could try a repair from the uninstall menu..
