Hardcode Subs Onto .Avi?

I got a Jap movie I wanna put subs on so I can watch on USB stick on my Xbox.
What app does this or how can I do it without converting the .avi?
I need to hardcode, not watch on my computer.

VirtualDUB , AVI ReComp or [Personal favorite ]Xilisoft Video Converter Ultimate. It has this option with multiple file formats:
Enable subs in options,Load vid.,Use the effect tab to access sub screen

Then sub tab

Load you subs,Then set up the way you want,hit apply then return to main screen and set output options

This is with MP-4 file loaded

use a program called AviAddXSubs…it will add .srt subtitles to .avi in 2 mins
