try the drivers from the video cards chip mfg (most likely intel, nVidia or ATI/AMD)
device mgr under “display adapter” should tell you what chip you have or get GPU-Z to tell you

You are having problems with Flash.
I had the same problem as you even after updating Flash (even had black screen problem).
You are using a Beta version (Nightly Build) of Firefox aren’t you?
Change back to Firefox 20.0.1 and you should be good to go.

I had a similar problem but for my case, the whole video box was green. I had to either restart or start the video at different times to make it go away.
Also had to disable hardware acceleration. Had to do it every time and couldn’t make it a permanent setting.
