For the money you’re going to spend upgrading, you might as well spend it on a new PC, or build one.

Was about to say the poll was pointless because people that have no idea what their talking about will come along and vote. But I guess that’s already happened.
If you want a gaming rig, build one as LedAstray said. Something like this will get you started in the right direction.

Wtf!!!! I thought every pc has a videcard standard but it isn’t?

And do you think that everybody that had never build one that can do that just “easily”? Another possibility is to “let build one”.. .

I looked to your link and in Euros it is 288.285 EUR it’s weird that it is that less because a good gaming pc in europe in the shops costs begins on 1200€(=1,622.99 USD)!!!!
Btw: i heard from someone that gaming pc’s need very good coolers? So the cooler of this pc of mine doesn’t gonna do the job..

Oh really? He probably needs to change his PSU. A dual-core chip will definitely bottleneck the $500 card.. So he shouldn’t just try but must get a quad core CPU. Explain how 6 or even 8gigs is going to help much in gaming..
@OP Just buy a new PC, don’t waste money on upgrade as there is nothing much to upgrade. And why don’t you say us the price and site, and we can give you a better choice.
Answer #9
The CPU you have is not bad at all.
Just throw in a decent GPU.
What resolution do you game at?

Everybody learns can some point. It’s not as hard as you think.

Depends if you overclock, seeing that you’re probably not going to, you don’t need one.
What are you asking exactly, because you must have some computer knowledge in order to upgrade your computer. As stated above, all you need is a new graphics card. Just make sure you have enough power (PSU) to run them.
Seeing you just want to run black ops, and not like crysis/bf3 on max, get a HD 5770/6770 (goes for ~$100).
If you don’t want to spend as much, consult this list:

Nah man, an E5400 is total crap. It won’t even run Skyrim without input lag =(

Yes, that would be the way to go if you just want to upgrade the PC you have to the best you can get from it.
Otherwise a new machine along the lines of what SmAsHeDr suggested would be great !

Get a GFX card. Most important.
If you can get a better cpu Q6600 would be good.
Other than that, okie.

How can you be so sure that OP only wants Black Ops?

Yeah you can go for PS3 if you don’t care about graphics details.
