what operating system for my old computer?

as rock pv4m800 motherboard
2gb ddr2 ram
500gb sata hdd (2x 250gb)
3.4 pentium 4 cpu with HT technology
ati sapphire radeon X1600 PRO 512mb agp 8x
I also want to install mac’s os on it the leopard version how would i do that?

p.s. i was looking at windows seven but im not sure if this one could handle it.
i use windows vista on my newer gaming rig but i doubt my old pc could handle it.
the old one i used to just use for music production really and some gaming.
