Answer #1
Not worth it to upgrade an LGA775 system. You need to vest in a new one.
Whats your budget and location?
Answer #2
You need a video card upgrade before a CPU upgrade.
Answer #3
You need a video card upgrade before a CPU upgrade.
Even if he upgrades the GPU, the CPU still needs to be upgraded. You actually think that CPU would stand up?
As I said, you need a whole new system.

can you tell me which one best and cheapest ..?

Sell your current mobo cpu and ram and get at least these.
CPU: i3 3220 /3240 ~$120
MoBo: gigabyte/asrock h61 ~$50
RAM: 4GB DDR3 1333 ~$35
GPU: HD 7750 ~$120
HD 7770 will be better choice but you’ll need a good PSU then.
This one should be good.

If you can afford, you may get i5 3570 + B75 or i5 4570 + B85

Or get an AMD Kaveri 7700K 12 Compute Core APU w/ Radeon R7 Graphics (4 CPU + 8 GPU Compute Cores) 125.99 inc VAT or cheaper and just buy a new Motherboard because the chip has onboard GPU saving you loads of money and giving you loads of power…

Pardon me but I’m strongly against APU’s when it comes gaming. I consider a G2020 + 7750 a better choice than that.

Is there any benchmark that demonstrate the performance of that R7 graphics? I couldn’t find one.
Answer #13
Don’t listen to the people saying your CPU can’t run those games. Heck I could run games on intel pentium e5400. You just need a good graphics card to run games since most games are gpu intensive. I had a intel pentium e5400 before I upgraded to a core 2 quad Q8300 cpu so I would know. I played tomb raider, battlefield 3, gta iv, sniper ghost warrior 2, Left For Dead 2, Need For Speed hot pursuit, Need For Speed Most wanted. What is holding you back is your graphics. An 8400 is an entry card. Here is a good card if you don’t have that much money. http://www.amazon.com/Zotac-SYNERGY-GeForce-Graphics-ZT-40404-10P/dp/B0046L2XJA/ref=sr_1_14?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1392309411&sr=1-14

You compare them but Upgrade your gpu because your gpu is really weak and not meant for gaming. Once you upgrade your graphics card if you wanna upgrade more think bout upgrading the whole system, including the motherboard.
