Thinking bout switching from AT&T to sprint.

June 13th, 2018

Do you think its a good idea to switch from at&t to sprint? It said on the coverage map that I will get 3 bars in where I live and I know that its not going to be consistent but 3 bars seems okay to me. Right now I am paying $180 a month for 4 phones on my lines, 3 smartphone and 1 regular phone with 10GB of data. I see that sprint is only $100 for 4 lines and 10gb or for 40gb of high speed data only $120 so not bad. Now my question is since one of the person on my line has bought a off contract motorolla moto g 2nd generaton can that person use that phone on sprint?
Answer #1
If it’s off contract he can uses it wherever he wants.
From what you are saying, there is no motive to keep the current one. The certain choice is to go with Sprint. 120$ for 30gb more seems to be a good offer.
It all depends on what your usage is. If you use the phones to watch a lot of videos, movies, etc. etc. then you will be better off with the 120$ plan…

The thing is AT&T is GSM and sprint is CDMA so I am not sure if the moto g will work.

Which moto g? 1, 2 or 3?

I hate AT&T and getting screwed every month. I just called about switching yesterday.
Since I am under contract through Oct 2016, it would cost each of my 3 phones $235 per phone
to cancel and switch.
If you are under contract, beware of cancel fees from AT&T
Watch your “high Speed data”, if might be your first 1GB
If you moto is not in contract with att, yes, switch and no cancel fees
