The Division – CPU Fan Loud

when i play the division, it seems to make ym CPU work hard (no other game does this). it makes the fan go nearly 100% speed and has 60c max after hours of playing… i know its a LITTLE hot. but I want to slow down the CPU speed and add new thermal compound. any programs or suggestions?
You may have fan control in your bios/uefi, where you can set a target temperature and speed for the fans to run at.
If you have a motherboard app. You may be able to access it from there..
Just don’t let it get too hot!
If you don’t have your own controls, there is an app called speedfan that can help.
And yes, change the thermal paste if it hasn’t been done for a while or consider an aftermarket cooler.

if it is intel stock fan ; it is totally normal that plane like noise at highest rpms. and most of all 60C is completely normal for gaming even it is colder than usual unless you have liquid cooling or have a very good third party air cooler. where did you get the idea of it is hot you can call it perfect and some games cause more load on cpu than others which is again totally normal. you dont need to anything at all where everything is normal.
