Tekken 6

I wanna play tekken 6 on pc I have pcsx2 1.0.0.emulator and I have U.S.A Bios(downloaded)
when I run the tekken 6 iso file it just says insert disk
Plz help me i reaily wanna play that game

so you have an iso file you have two options 1) select file->select iso image
burn that iso into a dvd and insert it and select CD/DVD
