[SOLVED] How do I sync ONLY Playlists to my iPod?

I ONLY want to sync Playlists to my iPod. NOT all the files in the “Music” section of my iTunes library, just the Playlists.
It would be appreciated if somebody could tell me how to do this.

you just need to turn off the auto-sync option, then send the playlists over manually.
