rapidshare account changed

Hi , I want to ask that how i can get my rapidshare account back ? It was collector account and it contains 150000 free points so i want the reward from them but suddenly when I log in it says that ” ACCOUNT NOT FOUND ” so my id has been changed ! how can i get it back ? Plz answer thanx

Try contacting RS but you are saying its collector then its hard to trace it

Have you tried logging in using the customer ID number rather than the name that you setup? That can easily be changed so it could of been altered after someone gained access to your account so they could make loads of Premium accounts from your points.
It sounds like you could of had your login details stolen.
