Problem with XAMPP

I am sory for my broken language, English isn’t my native language.
I have a problem with XAMPP, So I will support you with all information about my problem.
1- I use windows xp sp2
2- I use laptop with good properties (fast).
3- I use xampp-win32-1.6.4-installer
4- I use internet explorer.
5- I have download visual studio 2008.
I have install XAMPP on my laptop which is a part of LAN Network
and I will support you with all images that describes my problem
plz anyone can help me
do you have IIS installed and running? > if so, it is using port 80 and so you will need to stop it or change port for apache to use.
did you change any of the *.conf files? >open cmd window and run this command to check for errors in your .conf files >> c:\xampp\apache\bin\apache -t
If you receive reply of Syntax OK, then, your config files have no errors.
