My internet connection is working but Internet explorer not?

hi guys ive just have a littile problem with my laptop on windows vista 64-bit My internet connection is working. and windows update running ok . But Internet explorer dose not disply and not working. Please help me to solve this problem.

Try changing proxy settings under lan settings. Use auto settings if that’s not already selected.

File >> Work Offline… check out if there is a tick.. remove it!

Could be a DNS issue. Type googles ip address in your address bar instead of their domain name, its 72.14.204.147
