MKV-AVI-XVID to DVD burn quality [solved]

August 4th, 2016

I have read alot in here and tried a few programs to burn several file extensions to DVD. My problem is I don’t seem to get the quality i expected from these burns.
I don’t know if i am setting up the program wrong or that is the best it’s going to be when taking a ripped video and converting it again to dvd that i have downloaded from this site. If there are some experts in this matter please help. My wife won’t let me take my laptop to work anymore…I am a Engineering consultant and i need my laptop with me.LOL

If u try to Burn a Mkv to DVD by converting it, there will be a definate loss in quality due to varying compression ratio’s
According to some a 2 CD mkv= 3 CD Xvid
If there’s a computer at your office burn the mkv’s to a data DVD and play them on your office computer
