Master Suit CS4 problem

I get this after i did everything it said in the nfo,
dont know how to fix it?

Hmm still having problems
I am not sure if i should re install it, as i did it already 2-3 times and i get the same thing.
I did follow the readme.txt file and i did exactly what it said on there, i dont know what i did wrong for this error to come up.
