laptop ram upgrade

Hey, I ordered the Toshiba NB305 from amazon.com

this is what i get:
RAM: 1 GB DDR3
RAM Type: SODIMM
Memory Slots: 1
I wonder if this card will fit, could you tell me guys?
Crucial Technology 2GB SODIMM DDR3 PC3-10600 NON-ECC UNBF
Between, whats the PC3-10600?

You only have one slot, and that slot is used for memory. The max memory is 2gb. So you can buy a 2gb stick and replace the 1 gig you have. Image
Your post says you have ddr3 and the memory you want to buy is ddr3. However the specs show this laptop as ddr2.

but if you see in amazon, where i purchased the netbook, it says there ddr3, so i go with that

I’ve never heard of a netbook with DDR3.

There are alot of incompatable ram that wont work ..
Please read the Toshiba forums

especially with the same chip brand you are wanting to buy

According to a few posts, the Kingston KTT1066D3S/2G works fine
