is corel painter easier to paint in than photoshop?

i see a lot of people that do work with digitally painting mixing it with corel painter and photoshop, but why dont they just use photoshop to paint?
what other features does painter offer for painting??

because photoshop is primarily a photo editing app, and corel paint is a painting app.
for digital painting, photoshop just doesn’t cut it.
have a look at something like artrage to see what a good painting app has to offer.
