You can browse this site on the iPad, the experience would be nearly the same as desktop, I don’t think that has a mobile version.

No, Mac apps are for Mac OSX only, you need to look for iOS apps for iPad, and then of course, your iPad needs to be jailbroken for them to work.

It’s in Chinese but the apps are English.
