How to close program

Hello people. Can you write me how to close Panda Free Antivirus? I tried to close via Windows Task Manager and i didn’t success.

Windows Task Manager is very limited. I use Process Explorer form Sysinternals: https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/bb896653.aspx as more powerfull Windows Task Manager. When you rightclick it and choose “start as admin” you should be able to kill any killable running process by rightclicking it and select “kill process”.

Yes I have a portable version of this, it’s helped me a few times when programs just freeze on me and I have to kill process just to close them.
