Help with ebooks

i dont have it jailbroken
i just downloaded an ebook with mobi format
could i downlaod kindle or ibook and still read it
and if so how?
do i just drag it onto itunes or do i need a jailbroken ipod?

Im guessing you need a jailbroken iPod. I dont know as my iPod is jailbroken
Just jailbreak it, its easy plus you get all the features/tweaks that Apple left out!
