Hard Drive showing up in My computer folder that shouldn’t

For about a month I’ve had a hard drive show up in my computer folder that shouldn’t be there!! I have one hard drive C: and now its showing C: and Z: but I’ve never had a Z: drive. Please if someone has an idea about why this is there or any actions I could take to get rid of this phantom drive, please please let me know. Thanks for all your help!

nope i tried out all of my removable drive none of them have that extension…. i dunno it creeps me out

just right click in mycomputer then choose manage the on the left choose disk management ….
right click delete volume!
If you have a partition and you have data there you will LOOSE it!
dont say i didnt warn you! Also make sure you look at all your usb ports and mae sure you dont have a thumbdrive stuck in one of them! LOL

right click delete volume!
that may be a recovery partition showing up
just remove the drive letter by hiding the partition, not deleting the volume
