Is this stretching your budget? If so it’s OK else little more on PSU, bigger HDD (even if it’s a slower one), bigger SSD, better RAM (you might find better RAM at a comparable price range anyway).
Answer #2
Your motherboard may be unable to support the i7, which is what one of the reviews on newegg indicates.
Quite frankly, I would drop down to an i5 and get a bigger SSD, and HDD
Answer #3
yes 1.300 euro is max for me . i wana go for i7 however , and that board supports i7 i thought? if im wrong , then my bad as im new at this. but i googled i7 4790k gaming board. and got results that its good for it
i dont need bigger ssd / hdd as i dont keep stuff for long . i watch movie and delete.. same with music i delete old music after few months… games too i play if its boring its gone. if it has free roam and is very good then il keep it… but i7 i want for future proof, games are alrdi supporting it so there will be more of them coming with HT support.
Answer #4
If your aim was to maximize FPS and make it future proof, it would probably be more beneficial to bump the GTX 970 to a 980 rather than bumping i5 to an i7
The difference in FPS between i5s and i7s would be around 5-10% (or even none), but the difference between the GTXs would result in 10-20% in framerate
Assuming of course, your budget allows for it
