cannot resume download megashare (premium acc)

i have one prob with megashare
i have premium account but icannot resume download
when itry to resume it
show you must login to megashare.
pls visit download page
i have try this way but it cannot resume
ihope any one can help me
Delete cache & cookies.
Re-login to MS and allow the browser to save your password.
Should be fine.
happens to me sometimes on Rapidshare, i usually re-login to rapidshare using the site, then pause the upload and start it again
