Call of Duty: Black Ops Freezes when trying zombie mode

Please someone help! The game either freezes up after the cutscene after selecting a map on solo mode, or it crashes saying:
Error Couldn't find the bsp for this map. Please build the fast file associated with maps/zombietron.d3dbsp and try again
I’ve tried re-applying update 1 and the zombie fix .exe but still no joy. But I notice that I dont have a /maps folder in my Black Ops installation folder?! Just a zone, players, main and User_swarm folder… ><
Single player works fine, but tbh I only downloaded this game for the zombies.
Im using the 4gb skidrow rip from JAYZZY’s thread.
Any help much appreciated!

possibly bad crack seems to be the problem on here

argh Im wondering if the rip version has screwed up the zombies. Does anyone have a /maps folder in their Black Ops installation folder? because I think it might be whats missing… but single player works…

with a rip, you dont know what has been taken out. And maybe the zombie part is ripped out completely
