Blocking website?(SOLVED)

I visit a website and a pop up keeps coming up on it now,is ther any way to stop it ? I looked at my firewall(ashampoo) but cant see a way to add the rule to block a site…this is th site i want to be rid off..http://humanverified.com/verify.php
