Best GTA IV Mod?

Hey everyone!
i just got a new copy of GTA IV and i started to play. the game is awesome! but.. i wanted to improve it a little, i so wanted to know which best mod or couple of best mods is have for this game?
i saw hundreds or thousands mods for the game but i want that you will reccomend to me which is the best realistic mod for the game. or even if you can give me names of mods by type like textures, cars, and etc..

You could look at better city textures or ultimate textures (for textures of course) The best graphical enhancing mod is iCEnhancer 3.0, and you should definitely check that out
Realistic driving and flying too
And of course, whatever suits your taste

There aren’t any weapons or car packs that come to mind, probably cause there are so many
It really just comes down to your taste and what you want out of your GTA IV
