How do i watch downloaded mp4 movies on my PSP

So i downloaded a movie in mp4 format and i stored it on my psp via usb connection , but my psp doesn’t find the movie i added in there …
any1 experience on how to watch downloaded movies on ur psp

i used to have one. i know it involved the files being named something like 100MNV01 or something like that.
DON’T TRY THAT, probs wont work. Im just suggesting you look for something like that. id explain it myself but it would be quicker to link you away. this says it pretty well

I just put my videos in PSP/VIDEO folder and they play fine

i have a PSP, i HAVE to place the videos in the VIDEO dir o it wont recognize them, same with music, and ISO’s.

when you go to setting, and click on format memory card, it makes all the folders you need, the MP3,Video folder, if your psp is hacked it will make a folder called ISO to put videos into, that is your problem if it is not in a folder called video it wont find it.

you also might have to get a video converter i know i had problems with regular mp4 format movies and then i got a psp video converter and converted the movies i wanted and it worked
