[SOLVED]Photoshop CS4, I can only colour is specific areas

Okay so i just downloaded Photoshop CS4, i�ve installed it and used the ‘hosts’ file cracking method. So when i start a new document and say fill it with blue, i get this picture…

Any ideas? It had the same before and after i updated it. I have tried to download another version and it still has the spikes.. My graphic card: Ati Radeon HD 2600 – drivers is fully updated.

Solved it my self, it seems like my graphic card doesn�t support the function ‘Enable OpenGL Drawing’
