[SOLVED]Anyone with Windows 7, Please upload this for me

Hello, I accidentally deleted an important registry file and I really need to maintain my desktop.
I was following one of the guides here
http://www.optimizingpc.com/optimize/registrytweaks.html and I screwed up and deleted the one part of the registry file.
Basically, I need someone to go here:
Start
-> Run
-> write “regedit”
->Navigate to �HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop\WindowMetrics�
-> Click on “File” and export the registry file.
If anyone is worried for security reasons, please don’t. Here’s what the content are:
