Problem with gigabyte mb(disable boot menu)

how we can disable boot menu (f12) from gigabyte mb like GA-EP41UD3L

I don’t know about that particular mobo, but go into the BIOS (F2), and see if there is an option to disable it, probably under “boot options” or similar.
Wondering why you want to disable though, it’s useful to have if you want to boot from a cd/dvd or flash drive without having to change the boot priority in the BIOS ?

in our company we install windows for users and we dont want user can boot from dvd or cd and install windows or boot with some software like hiren boot cd and damage to computers
sorry for my poor english
we search in bios but we cann’t find any item for disable

No probs,
Did you try looking at the mobo manual ?
Go into the Bios, and then <Ctrl> + <F1> should take you into the advanced BIOS settings, see if there is an option there.
