ive managed to found it on sony.jp site. As that model was only made for west asia. It got some instructions i cant read though (as i cant read japanese). But at least ive managed to get the video chip name =p Finding any working links of drivers for it is harder though.
radeon igp 345m is what i got from the sony’s site. They got driver’s there but cant understand the instructions for it though

EDIT: Just download the 4 files from sony’s site and put themm on the same folder. Run the exe. It will create another exe. Now run the 2nd exe and it will extract the drivers to a folder. Then just go to that folder and run the setup
