need help with uploading

i have lots of music that i would like to share on this site but dont have a clue on how to do it i have it all saved on hard drive mp3 format i use rapidgator premium and uploaded,net premium can any help with idiots guide please

just followed the tut for uploading when all done and click submit i get this message

honestly don`t understand what it means (may sound dumb) but can someone help as I said before its my first time posting used rapidgator and uploaded both come up with same message any help please
