Is there anyway to activate Retail Office 2013 (MSDN)

August 1st, 2016

The SHA1 hashes for the retail evaluation version of office 2013 and the MSDN version match: http://forums.mydigitallife.info/threads/39583-60-day-trial-Office-Pro-Plus-Visio-Pro-Project-Pro-%282013%29-*MULTiLANG*?p=674172&viewfull=1#post674172
Is there anyway to activate it without converting it to a volume license (VL) version?

Answer #1
only phone activation using leaked keys, its far easier to just deploy a kms server on your lan that activates windows and office on all devices any windows 8 computer can host it with HyperV.

Answer #2
All of the KMS Activators that I have seen ONLY activate VL (Volume License) Office 2013.
Will your link to http://www.google.com?t=16309819&highlight= work on the Retail or MSDN or Evaluation versions of Office 2013? In other words: Will it activate a NON-VL version of Office 2013?
Answer #3
Yeah its either that or you need to convert it to volume activation manually. Same with windows 8 best to delete the retail versions and switch to the volume activation editions if your net connections not maxed out.
Answer #4
Sorry, I just want to be absolutely sure that I understand you properly. If I follow the instructions from here: http://www.google.com?t=16309819&highlight=
I will be able to activate the MSDN (NON-VL) version of Microsoft Office 2013.

Please answer yes, if the above is true. Thank you!
Answer #5
Yeah but you should download the enterprise volume activation versions of windows and office for future use so you don’t have to do this again.
Answer #6
The reason that I use MSDN versions is becaue I can verify that they are untouched by checking their SHA1 hash. Microsoft puts the SHA1 hash on their subscriber downloads under the details of the ISOs, as can be seen here: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-ca/subscriptions/downloads/hh442898.aspx#searchTerm=&ProductFamilyId=475&Languages=en&PageSize=10&PageIndex=0&FileId=0 I would be happy to use a volume edition if I knew it was untouched.
1. Is there any way to get or verify if a volume edition is untouched? 2. Is there an easier way to activate a retail version of Office 2013 other than the way you posted? If not, is there an automated way to do what you posted?

Just use your hash tool on the iso with the values provided.
Answer #8
But what can I compare it to? I can get the hash of the file I download, but what should I compare it to? Are the hashes of the volume editions up on the microsoft website somewhere?
Answer #9
AFIK you would need to have a volume license agreement to get to that page, Best to ask on MDL forums for that but honestly its overkill
