How to spoof JB’ed PS3 to firmware 3.50 using an iPhone 3G

Hello everyone. Recently released Gran Turismo 5 is very tempting. And I want to play that game. But the problem is I don’t exactly know how to spoof the firmware using iPhone 3G. I know that I can get all the files and payloads from this site:

or any other PS3 JB sites on the net. I really appreciate if someone can provide me with a tut on how to spoof the firmware using an iPhone 3G. I’ve been searching for quite a time but couldn’t find any good tut. Please help a guy here fellow members Thanks in advance.

Thers no point ive tryed all the dif hex files that spoof the fw with no luck to get it working gona hav to wait for a dev patch to get it working i think hopfulley soon as want to play it so bad lol

I thought PSFreedom for iPhone didn’t use any hex files…is it?
And by “get it working” what exactly do you mean? Getting the PS3 to be spoofed or play back up game on a spoofed PS3?

Currently the iphone 3g is only running the first release of the jailbreak. We need to wait till they update it. I highly doubt that they will. So you’re better off purchasing a ps3key if you want to be able to play on the psn or any of the new update-to-date games.

i can play game that ive backed up / downloaded just not gt5 yet spoofin the fw dosent get the game to work ive given a list of good sites u should be able to get your iphone working from one of them lol

So spoofing the fw doesn’t get us anywhere.
Is it because of the iPhone? How about using a ps3key?
Will the spoofed PS3 be able to play GT5?
Or..do we really to wait for fix from other people?

all spoofing the fw dose is stop the ps3 askin you to update to 3.50 we still cant decrypt 3.50 eboot.bin’s as of yet meaning weve got to wait for a new hack or for sumone to decrypt/leak the 3.50 keys…..
for the newer games to work but hey this is the real game right hackers make a move sony make a move and so on a big game of cat and mouse lol
