How to change back my icons for files?

After I removed nero 9 this is what happened, how do I change back the icons to default image

Isn’t there an option I can click to restore them in the control panel or somthing, I dont feel confortable using programs.

You apparently had jpeg associated with Nero. Right click and associate it with MS Photo Viewer or whatever you want it to be.
