Excel help

Is that possible to create iframe in Excel like in Web pages.Or there any method of showing values of other excel file in another worksheet.
Like A is my dailysheet
And B is my Rate list
Rate list won’t change daily but Dailysheet changes.
So i just need to show the Contents of B in A.
