corrupt program help

I have a corrupt copy of AVG running I cant uninstall, your uninstaller cant find it to delete tune up utilities cant either and its not in my control panel add/remove programs yet the bloody thing is running telling me its corrupt, tried a system restore many times they keep failing, what can i do to shift it cheers Gaz
If you are un able to re format the drive, try unlocker program. I used this before and worked like a charm

Try a combination of an unlocker and revo uninstaller. It should delete all the files. You can also check avg remover.
As the above..revo uninstaller or Your Uninstaller..
If you try to do a fresh install..Delete the partition and create a new one..
